It offers air-conditioned attic rooms with a minibar and private bathrooms. The staff were amazing and very hospitable. They went above and beyond to help me. I had a medical test and had to fast in the morning so wouldn’t be available for breakfast which I had ordered before knowing I had this test. They put together a lovely breakfast tray which was kept in my fridge to eat later. I also loved the customer service pup - lovely added touch.

The location is an absolute 10, very close to both tram and bus lines which arrive at a high frequency. 100% would recommend.
