Secluded in the cove it offers a stunning view from the room (and from the bed) and peaceful stay. We were here in the off season but we still manage to soak up sun in the balcony of our room. The staff is extremely professional and friendly and everything is super clean.

Built in 2013 and situated in front of a beach, the Bevanda Hotel & Restaurant - Unique Adriatic offers luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi and spacious furnished terraces overlooking the sea. It comprises an on-site gourmet restaurant with a selection of over 600 wines and champagnes. The staff was extremly nice and helpful. There was a problem with the pipes in our bathroom during our stay (nobody’s fault), and they managed it so fast and professional, meanwhile taking care of us wonderfully, words can hardly express! Special thanks to Igor for his untied and lovely hospitality! The restaurant is excellent, the furnishing, the equipment and the design of the rooms and the common areas are perfect and beautiful. Absolutely sure, that we will return! :)

Located 900 metres from the centre of Lovran and just 20 metres from the nearest beach, Hotel Villa Astra is set in a quiet area, next to the 15-km long seaside promenade and consists of a main building and an annex. Buffet breakfast is available on site, as well as a Wellness Area. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are offered. The warmth of the staff was outstanding and made our stay a visit to friends.

Built in 1909 by a Viennese entrepreneur Anton Urm, this hotel has hosted numerous aristocratic guests, including the Austrian-Hungarian emperor Franz Joseph. It was rebuilt almost 80 years later, with attention to its original design and preserving a romantic atmosphere. Amazing location with a beautiful view onto the ocean. The meal was fantastic and really worth the trip!

Completely renovated in 2020 and housed in an Austro-Hungarian villa dating back to 1886, this 5-star hotel is situated amid a well-groomed St. Jacob Park in the centre of Opatija. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property and the Slatina Beach is just 100 metres away. The small cosy atmosphere of the hotel is really charming and is the best part of this hotel along with great and friendly staff that made us feel right at home. Also the breakfast is one of the best I ever had.

Comfortable rooms at Hotel Laurus have air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibars and work desks. Most have private balconies with sea views. It was an excellent stay. I have to mention specially the hotel staff that was very kind and helpful. The room was big and clean with sea view. Breakfast was also very good and tasty.

Only 50 metres from the beach and the 12-km long seaside promenade, Villa Eugenia is located in the centre of the mediaeval Lovran, on the Opatija Riviera.

Built in 1910 in the Secessionist style, the villa consists of accommodation units with air conditioning, internet connection, a TV, minibar and a safe. A private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries is also provided in each unit. Some room types feature a balcony and sea view. Breakfast is amazing, the facilities are clean and the staff is great. We're here for the 2nd time and we'll definitely come back.
