The staff is extremely professional and friendly and everything is super clean.

It comprises an on-site gourmet restaurant with a selection of over 600 wines and champagnes. The staff was extremly nice and helpful. There was a problem with the pipes in our bathroom during our stay (nobody’s fault), and they managed it so fast and professional, meanwhile taking care of us wonderfully, words can hardly express! Special thanks to Igor for his untied and lovely hospitality! The restaurant is excellent, the furnishing, the equipment and the design of the rooms and the common areas are perfect and beautiful. Absolutely sure, that we will return! :)
