My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Enchanted Manor. The hotel was lovely, and the customer service and friendliness from the hotel owner Peta and her staff was second to none. The food was divine - it was a vegetarian menu, and though my husband and I do eat meat at home, we certainly didn't miss it during our stay. The garlic mushrooms on toast for breakfast was a particular highlight!
Peta in particuarly was extrememely knowledgable about the Isle and gave lots of good tips and suggested places to visit when we asked - as newcomers to the Isle of Wight we were extremely grateful.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating, and there were little touches everywhere of just small things to make your stay more comfortable - from DVDs to borrow, to a little fridge in the room to store bottled water and milk for your morning tea, as well as thoughtful bathroom additions.
Our booked room was upgraded on arrival to a suite as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team thoughtfully gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and a card as well.
There was one small issue during our stay - the boiler stopped working properly a few days in to our stay, which led to occaisionally not getting baths or showers when we wanted. However the team tried to resolve as best they could until someone could fix it so we always did manage to get to shower - and they gave us a lovely gift at the end of our holiday to apologise for the hot water issue.

We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location, gorgeous, very comfortable room
The Penthouse was clean, modern and very well equipped with lovely sea views. The location in the village of Bonchurch was equally stunning. Ventnor is a short 5 min drive away and the sea is practically on your doorstep.

Gorgeous apartment, nice bath, big garden, decorated lovely. Has everything you could possibly need there. Very close to the hovercraft and the local shopping street. I couldn't work out the TV but then again I'm not good with tech. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends and fellow tourists.
The building location is fabulous. Designated off road parking is a big plus. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished, the kitchen has plentiful modern appliances and is very well provisioned. The beds are large and comfortable. Liked the layout of bedroom level below the lounge/kitchen one and the view of the sea from the side upper balcony was better than expected. The WiFi is secure and solid with flatscreen TVs in lounge and both bedrooms.
The location was amazing, gorgeous sunny sea view, close to the beach, the staff were all on top form & so helpful to my sons needs! Sarah the manager top notch & so caring!! The place was clean, friendly, easy to find, parking, hygienic, breakfast was great. Recommend & I’d stay again. Bathroom set out lovely with ds ours was a great touch,
A quaint cottage with amazing views. The cottage had all the facilities you need for a little home from home. It's not super modern but that adds to the charm. We had a little balcony overlooking a pond and could feed the fish. We had amazing sunsets over the fields and sea...the view was stunning. Lovely walk across the field to the coast and sea. Great nature walks. The owners couldn't do enough for us.
Location was great. Hotel outlook with its features was lovely. Decent food. Stunning views of the beach from my room. Sea facing and gardens are beautifully decorated
