Al fresco wining and dining is on offer in the courtyard beer garden during those lovely warm Guernsey summer days and nights. The breakfasts were wonderful, we loved the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and you had the cereal we use regularly when home in Canada and to have cappuccino was great. The staff were always cheerful and helpful especially Roy and faith.

Ate in all 3 dining areas and all were Excellent, as well 😀 Just make sure you go in hungry as portions are generous. Hotel was clean and I wasn’t worried about Covid infection. No UHT Milk in room, you just ring reception and within minutes you get a little glass bottle of fresh Guernsey milk 😀
