"Located in the coastal resort town of Montrose, Grey Harlings is a family run hotel offering relaxing and cosy stays. There are 9 stunning bedrooms to choose from, some with views over the historic Montrose Golf Links - the 5th oldest course in the world! WiFi access and on-site parking are free. We have a fully licensed bar, beer garden and outdoor seating areas plus a function room (with its own pool table!) which are available to guests and the public. knowledgeable friendly staff, lovely situation and very good breakfast

Less than 1 mile from Arbroath Abbey, Brucefield Boutique B&B offers luxurious rooms in a 1920s manor house. With a 5-star rating from the Scottish Tourist Board, it provides free parking and WiFi and has a garden with decked patio. The hosts were beyond welcoming, always freindly, offered all the help needed and always in for a conversation, which helped to figure good restaurants / pub´s, but also locations to visit. The room was spacious, clean, offered a decent sized TV, and had some goodies prepared :) Throughout the house there were small bowls with fruits and sweets and a little gathering area, where also drinks were offered for free. Breaktfast was all freshly made and very tasty - you can pick from a variety of different things and although you need to submit some of your menu wishes the day before, you can always ask for a refill. On the outside you could enjoy the good weather on a lovely porch, or alternatively on hollywood swing´s and lounge chairs in the garden - which all together has been equally nice. Overall the best experience during the 10 days trip in Scotland!

Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout Ashley House and all rooms have an en suite bathroom and a TV with a DVD player. Lovely home with parking available. Friendly host recommended a fun pub for dinner. Nice walkable suburb of Dundee. Wonderful breakfast!
