The hostess is kind and she really knows how to get people talking during breakfast time. You’ll really enjoy the breakfast not only bcuz of her homemade traditional French dishes but also by the interesting talks with her. Plus, she’ll also recommend you how to explore the city, which really helps. Also, the space was big and decoration are good.

Set in Soudan in the Pays de la Loire region, Chambres d'Hotes - La Marmoire offers accommodation with access to a hot tub. Lovely welcome from Corrine and Laurent (a fellow Harley biker!). Superb room and beautiful house. We loved the pool. Would stop by if passing again.

Set in a mansion built in 1860, Les Chambres de Mathilde is located in central Angers just 1 km from Château d’Angers and a 10-minute walk from Angers Saint-Laud Train Station. A wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable beds. And a very good host, even got us a reservation in a top restaurant. And a very friendly cat. The property has atmosphere and attention to detail. We visited the tapestry of the apocalypse and it's fascinating. Angers is a place I would return to. Oh, and great shopping

The 5 Grande Rue is located in the centre of Le Lude, just 50 metres from Le Lude Castle and a 35-minute drive from Le Mans. Lovely property, nothing was too much trouble. Great secure parking. Super comfy bed.

Located in Le Croisic, right on the sea, this elegant hotel offers a gastronomic restaurant and a bistrot, free Wi-Fi and free public parking. breakfasts and dinner were good!

Located on the Loire River, just a 20-minute drive from Angers, Château de Belle Poule is set on a former farm and offers a 2-hectare park. Saumur is 47 km away. This is the perfect spot to sit and relax. Having been on the bicycle for 7 weeks and 1500mi, Chateau de Belle Poule was perfect to relax, watch the sunset with a glass of wine and watch the sunrise with a coffee. Everything was thought of by the hosts. Very clean, spacious, and we really enjoyed the mid-1800's buildings. Covered bicycle storage inside the gated complex was provided.

Located 17 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe, a town well-known for its biscuits, Hotel Le Saint Aubin is a 10-minute drive from the A81. It offers contemporary rooms and suites with free Wi-Fi access. What a teriffic find. A quiet village hotel, we stayed in a converted outbuilding that had been done up to the highest standard. Beautiful courtyard garden, lovely breakfast in the conservatory and the added bonus of a restaurant right next door. It was a great place to stop over on our way back to Roscoff having done a weeks skiing in the Alps.
