Built in mid-18th century, the Hotel D'allèves offers a quiet location in the centre of Geneva. It is only 5 minutes' walk from the train station and 100 meters from Lake Geneva. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful (very unusually, though I always ask for it, they had put the correct work address on the bill and noted allergy problems even before we arrived). So often people seem to be miserable, but the staff here were all delightful. The decor is beautiful, with beams, bare walls, and other lovely touches. I should add that they upgraded our room, so we had a really brilliant room. The wifi was good, the breakfast was excellent, especially the collection of fresh fruits and berries. It was quiet, a short walk from the main station and from the centre of Geneva (in between the two). I would say even that for the quality and the comfort it was good value for money.

Renovated in September 2014, Auberge Communale de Carouge occupies a historic building in the centre of Carouge, 4 km from the centre of Geneva. It offers a restaurant and free WiFi access. the sevice was excellent. the employee Salvatore was so kind and works very hard.

Opened in March 2014, Lake Geneva Hotel in Versoix is set on the lake shore and features a restaurant serving traditional and seasonal cuisine, as well as free WiFi access and rooms with an air... The view from room was amazing!
