Faustino Gran Relais & Chateaux is located opposite the port of Ciutadella in Menorca. Best service I've ever witnessed. The staff was very professional, forthcoming, friendly and organized. They also helped us by recommending and organizing some trips. The hotel is located at the very center of the city, close to the bus station. The staff has left me a pack of earplugs in the room when there was a party event outside. I loved the bathroom very much.

Built in 1740, Casa Albertí is an elegant townhouse in central Mahón, 200 metres from Mahón Harbour. This intimate hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free internet. Phenomenal! I can’t emphasize enough how tastefully this old building has been renovated. The staff were all incredible and went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs. I would say this has to be the most memorable hotel stay ever for my wife and I. The level of hospitality here cannot be captured in a review.
