The staff was excellent, very caring,thoughtful and helpful. the food and atmosphere was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Decorated exactly fit to the buildings atmosphere including nice pieces from local Estonian designers . Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you would need if you decide to cook a meal. Living room has a comfy couch to snuggle up to watch tv or to read a book. Bedding and bed linen fit to a premium hotel assures a great night sleep. Also there is a restaurant in the same building that is a must visit if open. Best part is the hospitality, hostess makes sure you have everything you need by staying in contact even after checked in.

A proper warm breakfast made specially for us was a welcome bonus and sweetened the deal, especially since the place is also a well known family restaurant. The room had some nice antique furniture, and the whole place has a cozy vibe that makes you feel welcome. At the same time, it is well maintained and you get your privacy and basic amenities like separate bathroom and air conditioner. There were no issues with cleanliness, and the water pressure of the shower was very good. The location couldn't be better.

Frost Boutique Hotel is located in Pärnu Old Town, within a walking distance from several parks. Guests are welcome to use free Wi-Fi throughout the property. We had a great stay, location is perfect, room was spacious and well finished, thanks to the reception lady for the upgraded room. Breakfast was really good too. Spa zone is pretty new and cozy.
