This 4-star hotel in Passau's old quarter is situated on the banks of the River Danube, in the immediate vicinity of the city's boat jetties and scenic bicycle route. It offers free Wi-Fi, and spa facilities for a fee. Dead smack in the middle of a wonderfully historic city with a river entrance and one on the second floor. Idyllic. Comfortable bed, squeaky clean bathroom and amazingly nice staff. Did I mention the stalker breakfast? Oh, and as cherry on top: pet friendly!

The 4-star Hotel Residenz Passau is situated on the banks of the River Danube, in the heart of the Old Town of Passau. St. Stephan’s Cathedral and the historic Residenzplatz square are 100 metres away. Everything!! Staff were friendly, kind and spoke English. Breakfast was very good- various selections and made to order eggs and coffee/tea. Room was large with a strong shower and comfortable bed. Location was amazing- close to everything and my room had the view of the Danube!

Communication with the host was excellent. A local electronic guest card with Osserbad+ program that among others provides free entry to the nearby municipal swimming pool and sauna is of excellent value. We went to the pool every day. The apartment interior is very well-designed, spacious, and comfortable. We had a wonderful vacation in the Lam region despite the weather was not great.

Very well equipped apartment with a modern design. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and offered everything you could ask for. The beds were comfortable und could accommodate tall guests ( I am 1,98m tall). The garage is large enough to comfortably park your car. Overall the apartment was very clean!

New modern design hotel where everything was fantastic apart from design of shower, Looked beautiful soaked everything. Access to motorway perfect and couple restaurants available in walking distance .Very comfortable bed and linen and breakfast fabulous. Dormero hotel locations definitely worth checking out if travelling central Europe.

Welcoming host, very friendly and enthusiatic. Fresh rolls and bread every morning and cake for the afternoon. Wonderful view over Lam. Great interior design and lots of wonderful embelishments. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and everything was spotless. We brought our dog with us and the apartment was designed so that you didn't worry about the floors. Unfortunately the cafe, which looked lovely, was only open on Sundays which was the day we left :-(

Friendly and helpful Owner. The interior design is chic and elegant. clean, and very relaxing especially when the suite have a luxurious sauna. great location. Definitely Passau suites will be my first choice to stay in Passau.
