The room is large and brightly lit. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

I like most the hotel personnel because they helped me in my concerns. That's what I appreciate the most.

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments features apartments with full hotel services designed by architect Heinz Julen and offering views of the Matterhorn from their balcony or terrace. The pictures online don’t do it justice, beautiful chalet, with a wonderful spa. Just perfect after a great day on the slopes. The fire place and topping up of wood each day a big plus.

In a quiet location of Zermatt, Hotel Romantica offers a garden, free WiFi, and rooms with flat-screen cable TV. The best thing about Hotel Romantica is the hosts. Thor is a very kind and friendly host, he helped us and gave us great advices and directions, was always available for questions and even just to chat and he simply made us feel at home. We also liked the sweet dog and cat that welcomed us every morning and evening. Our room was cozy and clean, and felt new and stylish with a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was great and also the location, close to the main street of Zermatt. We will definitely come back here when we visit Zermatt again. Ohad and Noa

In a quiet location in the car-free village of Zermatt, Hotel Capricorn offers magnificent views of the Matterhorn, free in-room WiFi. I was impressed by the design of the loft. Although it can be quite cramp for a group of 4, we learnt how to manouveur our way around so it wasn't a problem after 10 minutes into entering the room. The staff were so friendly. The balcony had an amazing view of village. 10/10 will recommend.
