The hotel was awesome. We were in the Star & Sky room which was fabulous. Lucas (front desk) greeted us and he was very professional and friendly. He provided us with all the info we needed for the area. The spa was a fabulous addition to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The design of the hotel was incredible and well thought out.

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Great hotel with fabulous SPA and very helpful staff. The room was well equipped and very clean.

And a great team you can contact by phone or in person that had answers to all of our questions, gave great recommendations for hikes and food, and went the extra mile for us when we needed.
