Kristina went above and beyond for us to have a great stay. She accommodated for my husband's allergies, upgraded our room to a suite and helped us plan trips and activities. The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. The location was great right near the train station and bus walking distance to the city and attraction And the price is good too

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. The rooms was perfect! Amazing view! The bathtub/jacuzzi in the room was a big plus. The staff is 11/10 amazing! The breakfast is very good! FREE parking for your car! FREE bus/train tickets for every day stay. The Lindtt chocolate in our bed was a excepcional gift and we thank you a lot!

We had a reservation in the fabulously tasty restaurant with great service and we used the lovely spa the next morning, where we had the entire place to ourselves on a Friday morning.
