Ultra inclusive package concept is too good, location & outstanding hospitality with good interior. Staff are so friendly specially one staff named "Joya" public relationship officer, her service is super we are impressed to handle the guest, She arrange a birthday cake for special occation and little bit late checked in and she gave us a lunch tocken for two against the appology of hospitality service.

Tolles Appartment mit zwei Balkonen und Meerblick mit sehr guten Betten und viel Platz. Toll fanden wir auch die zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Die Lage des Hotel am Strand ist superschön, ruhig mit herrlichem Blick. In Al Hamra hat auch eine kleine Mall mit Supermarkt und Restaurant. Al Hamra liegt außerhalb von Ras al Khaimah, wir fanden das Mietauto hilfreich zum Erkunden, z.B. der Marina...Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und nett.

Der Manager Mr.Amer war sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Er hat sich darum gekümmert, unsere Wünsche, schnell wie möglich zu erfüllen. Top und gerne wieder.

We’ve booked a delux chalet for couple of days but ended up wanting to extend our stay even further. There’s so much to do and experience. All inclusive offer is fantastic, the food never runs out, multiple bars dotted around the facility to enjoy free drinks. Staff are extra courteous and pour their heart and soul in their service, especial thanks to hannan , Salman, and bhandaya at the beach bar I lost my chest pouch with passport and foreign currency, and but the staff still found it and returned it back to me with nothing missing. Jet ski experience was fun, when I told the staff about it being my first time driving a jet ski, they give me a full overview and parked a rescue team in the sea just in case. Entertainment aspect is also good, if you’re into partying and dancing, this place will suffice. Best experience in UAE so far
