The lady that welcomed us was very kind! The rooms were spot clean and in top condition! Also the beds were Very comfortable. The breakfast outside was a really nice addition and provided everything you needed to start the day. It is also a walking distance from everything in the centre.

The staff who work here are so helpful and friendly, we enjoyed the breakfast very much, everything very fresh and tasty. Room was a great size, mattress was a little too firm for us, but everything else was great.

Le Patta was clean and comfortable, close to the night market and clock tower area for short walks. Staff was helpful replacing a battery on the safe right away. We ate breakfast once and it was fine with enough variety for both of us as well as convenient. Other mornings we had to hunt a bit for open cafes (try across from the bus terminal nearby). We did not try the shallow pool but others were using it. Nice property. We had a king bed on the ground floor with the balcony facing inward so it was quiet enough. Room and bathroom are spacious with storage for bags.

I had a marvellous time during my stay at this endearing boutique lodging. The rooms were extremely spotless, and the receptionist, whom I suspect to be the owner, was exceptionally kind and considerate. Spacious room for 1 annd walking distance to bus terminal. Every day, the housekeeping staff ensured that the room maintained its hygiene standards. In addition, the breakfast self-service kitchen was a wonderful feature and unquestionably my favourite aspect of the lodging. Strongly recommended!

The place has a very good location, when you arrive they give you a map and if it is Saturday you have to walk the night market (Saturday) in general very good location, very quiet and clean the place

The property is very near the town center. Outside you can find a lot of food choices and it is also near the local market. Transportation is also not a problem since you can book a Grab Car or Grab Bike in traveling to different tourist attractions of Chiang Rai. The room is really worth the money because the room where I stayed was spacious, clean and it even had a sofa. The bathroom was also very clean, spacious and had a big mirror. It’s definitely worth the money you pay. They also serve delicious breakfast. One thing to note is that they don’t have elevator but anyway may be you can ask help from their staff in carrying your heavy luggage since the building has three floors.

The property was really well presented and from the moment we arrived the staff were helpful! It’s nice to have a pool and the cafe beside the pool does lovely food. Highlight of our stay was the bed which was so soft and comfortable and much needed after lots of travelling. The property is also close by to the Night Market in Chiang Rai and within walking distance from the Clocktower where you will find restaurants and shops.

We spent only two nights to explore Chiang Rai! This accommodation was ideal, providing everything we required. The air conditioning was excellent, and there were tours available for booking. They helped us book the day tour to explore the White temple, Blue temple, Long neck village etc., and it was amazing! We would have extended our stay if we hadn't already booked a flight. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful!
