everything went well from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. villas design, space, cleanness, amenities, showers, views, private infinity swimming pools. The staff at reception, restaurant, hotel drivers and every employee without exception were amazing and very polite, friendly and very helpful.

We stayed at the hotel in one week and it has been the best stay ever. The hotel room was with ocean view and jacuzzi. Cleaning was on the top. All staff was welcoming and smiling, and the service was the best. Breakfast always delicious and hygienic with a broad varierity of different cuisine. The cleaning lady was kind and efficient. We could write many more positive things, but all in all a great accommodation and the best service we have had. Recommended to all people whether travelling as a family or alone.

The infinity pool was amazing. It definitely is the highlight of the hotel. Breakfast is also very good and changes everyday so expect something new :)

Twinpalms is a beautiful resort with modern architecture and lots of nature. The big blue swimming pool that was designed like a river made a beautiful scenery. The food was always delicious and very great value for money! The service was very good and the staff always made sure to make you feel welcome. Twinpalms offers hourly shuttle busses to partnered beach clubs and restaurants, which are worthy of visiting. After a 3 mins walk you reach a beautiful beach. Overall Twinpalms is a excellent place to stay in if you want to visit Phuket.

It’s really good. The staff is so nice, welcoming and talkative. The beach is just across the road, nice restaraunts to the left and right of the hotel. Room is great - big and comfortable and has some nice features like a little outdoor veranda which is accessed by the back door at the room.

Very nice and friendly staff, owners have 2 restaurants in the surrounding and we ate there every day, they also gave us discount on food. Rooms were nice and clean, close to the shop and beach. Everything was perfect.

Hommikusöök valmistati kohapeal ja oli alati värske ja maitsev. Endal tuli teha valik nimekirjast mida soovid. Valik ei olnud küll väga suur, kuid kõik leidsid endale midagi. Personal oli väga sõbralik. Mõni päev toodi tuppa värskeid puuvilju tasuta. Voodid olid super mugavad ei liiga kõvad ega ka liiga pehmed.
