This is a real B&B, the hosts live on the premises and there are only 3 rooms, so it's really cozy. The house is amazingly designed, full of eye-candy and style, you can tell that the hosts took years collecting nice things and arranging them around the property for their own enjoyment -- but now you can enjoy them as well! They are super nice and friendly, if you want advice on what to do around town or just a nice chat over breakfast, they are always around (but not so much "around" that you feel uncomfortable at all!) The rooms are spacious and each has something great -- a balcony overlooking the yard or a jacuzzi -- and the beds are great. The furnishings are high-quality, better than you would get in most hotels. If you are arriving by car, there is parking on the premises -- but do listen to the hosts about the direction you should approach the house from, otherwise you can have a challenging drive up the narrow and steep alleys (but the way they advise is totally without issues, even if 2-3 minutes longer). All in all, a great experience and we will surely be back!

The room was great! There is a stove, bathroom, large bed, sitting area, and washer. The room is also in an extremely convenient location where most locations are walkable or accessible via public transportation.

If you want to enjoy Trieste without the crowds this place is for you. We loved the private access to the beach, the city is also not far (we took the public bus, just note it’s very packed when everyone is returning from the public beach back to the city). Very relaxing place with good aperol! 😊staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

In the middle of Trieste. Room was perfect, very clean and a/c is the best! Parking near the harbour about 3 minutes walk. Not included but no expensive.
