Nice rooms, warm, cozy, great breakfast. They are really helpful and nice. They called to check on us because we took so long to arrive (we were stuck in traffic due to heavy snow), they even gave us a shovel and a broom to clean our car. Totally recommend.

Its the most beautiful place in the whole Poiana! The staff is very warm and welcoming. The fireplace was on every morning at breakfast and the food was absolutely delicious. And it was a lot of food for breakfast. We weren’t hungry until dinner. Also the dog was the sweetest employee ever! We would definetly come back!

The hotel backs into a beautiful pine forest. A reasonably large private parking in front of the property makes checking in/out easy. The front desk and restaurant staff were marvelous. I particularly appreciated the quiet and serene location, impeccable housekeeping and cordial staff.

Very nice and cozy location with great courtyard, big rooms & excellent beds, amazing sauna (~100°) :). We had a slight miscommunication via chat with the regards to the dogs sizes! However this was resolved on the spot & we were able to truly enjoy our stay.

They also grant a great list of free services, such as wake-up or reservations to different places around, etc. Clean, and spacious enough for our needs. Good shower. And close to a restaurant (10 second walk). Great experience, thanks.

The room we stayed in was gorgeous, great design, spacious and most importantly with a great view to the mountains.

We appreciated the interior design of the rooms (quality materials from bed sheets to shower handle), the rooms are cleaned daily and have cute wooden balconies with flowers and a nice view over the mountains. Maximum 10 minutes walk in great surroundings. The host is great, very nice and helpful. The place is clean although the design of the rooms and building in general is not so trendy anymore. Good breakfast with plenty of options.
