It is very impressive place and impressive hotel. The houses of the hotel, made of the wood, have very pretty architecture. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. The signal of Wi-fi very strong. Everything was amazing!

The room and hotel is very nice and unique, in a local wooden style. Exceptionally clean, new furniture, balkony, and the view to the ski slopes. The breakfast was great, as it is usually every where in Poland! The guys at reception spoke several languages including Ukrainian, which was also pleasant. The hotel has kids area near the breakfast room - play room and the places to seat.

This was one of the better if not best places I stayed during a couple-week Euro trip. The city is amazing, and the hotel is really incredibly nice for the price. The visual appearance of the hotel externally and internally is wonderful. I had no issues with the stay whatsoever, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was extensive with lots of interesting options (particularly for an American), and the staff offered to make sausages and eggs. I will forewarn on the sausages that they are the Vienna style (basically a hot dog, so not my first choice). Everything else was awesome though.

From start to finish the service was exellent. They allowed for me to arrive earlier and I was greeted with kindness. The rooms was beautiful and I will definitely return to experience a stay in a chalet with friends. Thank You very much

*Excellent communication. Host communicated with us with details regarding check-in after-hours in case we didn't make it in time(which we didn't) *Breakfast was delicious. Very curtious and friendly woman who served and cleaned everything. *Receptionist was very helpful, professional, and willing to assist with anything needed. *Location was beyond exceptional. The sound of a running stream was soothing.
