The family suite was fantastic, a lot of space, big and comfortable beds, a big bathroom and a useful kitchenette. The location is close to the train station, two minutes walk, and you can go everywhere.

The staff was very kind and professional. The location was awesome. There were a lot of bars and restaurants nearby that we could walk to. The train station was our main use of transportation and it helped that it was close to the hotel especially after a long day of walking.

Outstanding staff-always pleasant and helpful. Lovely room, comfortable, clean, cosy . Great facilities within the hotel and brilliant access to Amsterdam transport. Perfect location. Sustainability and service ideals of Ibis are exemplary. I had to have medications stored at reception and this was done with care and sensitivity.

The location was amazing, very close to everything and there’s a supermarket, bus stop and train all beside you. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. Very warm great shower pressure. The staff were amazing! Especially when I was sick (not from the hotel) they couldn’t have done enough. The bar and restaurant were lovely, the food there was beautiful and the staff were very professional and efficient. Could not recommend this place enough!

The apartment is located one train stop from the center, and the train is about 100 meters away. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff is helpful.
