The hotel is gorgeous, perfectly located, roomy, comfortable, quiet, and staffed by kind, conscientious, friendly individuals. We loved our stay here for so many reasons--we were given great information about the Netherlands, the tea was delicious, the bar had fantastic food & beverages--we ended up eating there both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We are in another city now and we wish there was a Suitehotel Pincoffs here!

Location: From central station it takes a very smooth 10-minute walk through the adorable alley surrounded with beautiful scenery. Staff in the reception (night shift) was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. Could rate him 20 out 10, if possible. He also helped with my suitcase to upstairs. Room was clean and spacious. Due to the corona maximum of 3 person per room are allowed in these days, which I liked very much. Every bed has curtains to create private environment. Bed was sooo comfortable! I also was worried about the noise due to the bars in the neighborhood and in the premises of the hostel itself. However, windows were quite soundproof and nothing extra bothered me. I liked the fan in the room which made it possible to breathe inside the “curtain walls” of individual beds. Bathroom is shared, but very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the extra toilet available, in case of occupied bathroom by roommates. Wifi works flawlessly! And there is a locker for the bags.
