The hotel is charming - very well located, within eaasy walking distance to the very center of the old town, but far enough away that it's quiet and not full of tourists; the hotel itself is lovely and charming with a super helpful and polite staff. The room was cosy and comfortable with a great shower, comfy bed/pillow, and very quiet at night. The breakfast was phenomenal - REAL orange juice and a great variety of options.

Great location! About a 10 minute walk from the train station and just behind the St. Bavo Church. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Also, I accidentally left my passport AND my car keys in the room's safe and it was so easy and efficient to have them send them back to my home, which was a huge relief. The room was spacious and clean, the restaurant was great when I got back to the hotel hungry after walking around all day and other restaurants were already closed for lunch. I'd definitely go back.
