Hank and Ann Marie were the perfect hosts. They made us feel very welcome and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Hotel Malts is a quaint, cozy, homely hotel. We stayed 3 nights in the balcony room 3. The room was large, very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and large . The breakfast was awesome, good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice with a variety of bread and croissants, cold meats, cheese, cereal and Ann Marie's home made yoghurt compote, not forgetting the Dutch sprinkles. Complimentary tea and coffee are available all day. There is a basket of fresh fruit which guests can help themselves to during the day . The hotel is within walking distance from all the attractions, restaurants, bars and shopping. We took the bus 300 from the airport and Hank's directions were perfect. He carried our luggage up the steps and Ann Marie delivered our luggage to our room. Over a cup of coffee Hank gave us a map and highlighted all the tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. Thank you very much Hank and Ann Marie for making our stay so wonderful.

Stort værelse. Veludstyret med strygejern og føntørrer. Dejlig stort badeværelse med god bruser. Venligt personale. Tæt på offentlig transport til lufthavnen. Og i gåafstand til centrum.

Great location! About a 10 minute walk from the train station and just behind the St. Bavo Church. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Also, I accidentally left my passport AND my car keys in the room's safe and it was so easy and efficient to have them send them back to my home, which was a huge relief. The room was spacious and clean, the restaurant was great when I got back to the hotel hungry after walking around all day and other restaurants were already closed for lunch. I'd definitely go back.

It was in a superb location, a stones throw away from St Bavos and the main square. Jumbo supermarket at end of street. The main living area was ample with it's soft leather sofa, dining table and kitchen area - hob and microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc. Beds were extremely comfy and shower was excellent. The high ceiling and wooden beamed roof was beautiful. 4 minutes walk from train and bus station and 30 seconds from restaurants, pubs and museums. Breakfast was a lovely idea going to the cafe each morning, where the service was excellent and frinedly again. We needed to contact owner and he responded straight away by text. Would highly recommend this place!

Beliggenheden fin—fin. Var ikke forberedt paa tilgængelighed - den meget stejle trappe. Jeg er dårligt gående. Flinke hjælpsomme mennesker og personale hjalp mig med kuffert op og ned. - Dårlige læseforhold i sengen - sikkert fint for unge par. Ellers charmerende noget alternativ indretning af værelset. Godt ophold i charmerende by.

The room was excellent, clean, spacious and very well fitted out. The shower was clean and hot. There was plenty of room for my clothes and the room had god light and ventilation. The instructions for entry after the reception was closed were excellent. No complaints at all, everything was good
