Wauw, such a great place. Staff was so helpful and nice, especially the lady serving breakfast. She was very attentive and accommodating. The restaurant was filled with art and paintings and was so relaxing. Location of the hotel was great, easy access to the highways by car and a bus just 2 min. walk away. The bus takes you straight into Arnhem in approx. 15 min. Only "bad" thing was no elevator and a long stairway.

Unusual design of the rooms, modern and neat renovation, excellent location, helpful staff. We were delighted!!! except for 1 unpleasant surprise that was waiting for us in the shower room...

This was my third stay at Haarhuis, but my first in the Royal Loft. The suite was well lit, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Breakfast was rich and fresh. And the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Even though I arrived a few hours before check-in, they immediately gave me the key and checked me in with no extra charge (it was a Saturday). All through the stay, they went the extra mile to make me, my daughter and her friend happy.
