We LOVED our 5-night stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself is amazing. Just off the lobby area, there is a covered courtyard area with large trees in it, and you can have breakfast overlooking the courtyard. In another part of the hotel, there is a library/reading area, and on the third floor, the large terrace has lovely views of the surrounding hills and is full of potted flowers and plants. The artistic details, including many murals and beautiful decorations, add such class to this hotel. The restaurant is very good, and the service - from front desk staff to restaurant staff to the helpful staff members who opened the door to the private parking garage every time we needed to come or go - is outstanding. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation, and we would very happily stay here again.

Very good location, excellent staff -friendly, smiley, helpful in all we asked, from excursions' booking to facilitating a partial cancellation of our stay for reasons of force majeure. Very clean, spacious rooms and bathroom, daily cleaning service, they also offer laundry services upon request. Very good breakfast with sufficient variety of options and offers! We highly recommend it!!

Casa Lum is a beautiful property, extremely well located in the heart of San Cristobal. the staff is amazing (especially Janet)! it was nice to have hot water and good water pressure in the showers.

Hotel is very beautiful, and the staff is as well. I travel by motorbike and was allowed to park my bike in the interior courtyard, which is a big deal for me.
