Truly exceptional property in all respects. A lot of thought has gone into so many details regarding the decor of the rooms, the aesthetic feel of the property as a whole, cleanliness and quality of service. The property is located in the historic centre; it manages to feel both connected to its surroundings, yet also provide its own peaceful sanctuary. Wifi is excellent: numerous different options provided at check-in, and a strong signal is guaranteed throughout the property. Excellent rooftop terrace with views to the spire of the nearby cathedral.

Very clean, the beds and the toilet were shiny. Excellent location of hotel, front a big park and center across the street. The staff was very friendly and did a great job for all our stay time. The breakfast was excellent and enough to start a day, the coffee is Wonderful we enjoyed it alot. Also we ordered food to room it was good. The hotel have a parking, and it was very comfortable to use it. We was with a child of 2 years old and you have a free access with a stroller to every room from the parking.

The pool was very nice to come home to in the afternoon. Breakfast was served by the pool and we were allowed to pick from a menu. It consisted of fruit, coffee, bread with jam and your main item of Chilaquiles or Eggs Rancheros etc. The breakfast was pretty good although it lacked bacon or sausage. You can reserve the Jacuzzi ahead of time.

The location is ideal, but most of all, the rooms are spectacular! The hotel is set around a beautiful courtyard, and the terrasse on the roof is a wonderful place to sit and relax in the morning, or for a drink in the evening.
