front desk and concierge staff are very good at English and super helpful. the cleaning service is always thorough and nice. one of our friend was celebrating birthday. the concierge helped us arrange the birthday cake, dinner, balloons, and also some cute decorations in the room. The environment is quiet and the pool is not crowded. But it also close to the nightclubs and night market. I would love to stay here again next time I come to playa del Carmen.
