They allowed an early check in which was really helpful and one of the staff was English speaking which was helpful given my limited Spanish! We asked about a hair dryer and it was delivered to the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Bottled water was provided and the bathroom and shower were great. Location to the Cathedral was awesome and the included breakfast on the rooftop was exceptional. We were only able to book one night but would have happily stayed our entire time in Morelia.

The room was clean, they provide a delicious coffee, the staff were so responsive and helpful and there is a lovely sun terrace. It is about 20 minutes walk into the center but there is also a combi (orange) that stops outside the guesthouse. The fruit and veg shop opposite is brilliant and has all the basics.

It's old and beautiful and perfectly located, and the staff are all wonderful. The room was as dark as a cave because it was all thick old walls. Yummy morning coffee and so well decorated, literally gorgeous.
