The staff was excellent. Very attentive, welcoming, and helpful. My partner was vegan and the staff was more than helpful in making vegan pancakes for breakfast and had other options as well. The food was fantastic. In addition, the staff assisted us with activity bookings and offered to deliver food to you if you want to keep enjoying the beach. The room was so nice, right in front of the beach with an amazing pool right next to us.

Casa las tortugas We had a great time at the hotel. They have an amazing beach area, great restaurants, a beautiful pool, and the friendliest staff. Our thanks to Ara for great recommendations, and to Natalia on reception for helping with all the tours we did around the island. Definitely worth it! PS: don't miss the huitlacoche dish for breakfast!

We are a family with 2 kids and we spent 4 days in April 2024. The place was perfect. The location is at the beach, the staff is very friendly and trying realy hard. We were very happy with pretty much everything.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, right on the beach. The staff are wonderful, we had the best time and didn't want to leave. The rooms were fine, traditional Mexican style, great a/c. We were on the first floor with a balcony complete with hammock and view of the water, so perfect.Each morning was like waking up in paradise, it was so relaxed. The staff went over and above to ensure guests had a great stay, we really appreciated the level of service and sincerity. We loved this hotel and hope to make the trip from Australia again. Thanks so much La Palapa and shout out to Salvador who was amazing!

The staff was very very friendly and attentive. Our bungalow was perfect. The food at Mangle restaurant is very tasty and varied. There is also service at the pool. The sea is the most beautiful in this area. There are just good, relaxing vibes there - 100% to recommend.
