this is the first time I am writing review because I had to rate this property. Everything was fabulous, staff was outstanding, room was clean, spacious and have the most beautiful view and the food was so great but the thing I loved most about the property is hospitality. The staff was always ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each and every member of staff was great but some people really do need special mention; Monica from front desk, Fabian from spice, Sergio from Asiana, Felix the cabana server, Ivan from Maria Marie and entire staff of room service; go find these guys and you will never find anything to complain about.

very efficient staff. We checked into the hotel at around 1.30 am as our flight had arrived after midnight. The check-in process took less than 5 minutes as the the person at the front desk had already prepared the paperwork in advance. The unit itself was immaculate. We had many of our meals at the onsite restaurant and the food and service was consistently good.

Bed was next level comfortable, room was very clean and the all inclusive means all inclusive. Frozen daquiris made to order all day and the bar was fully stocked. Plenty of food options. We even had baby turtles hatching on the beach when we were there!

The swimming pool was clean and the program was good. The child also enjoyed spending time in the sandbox. Tom, an employee at Sandbox, kindly taught me how to play the game. We went to the sandbox and played games for three days. The friendly staff will remain in your memory for a long time. Room service was also good. Thanks to the staff who did not ask for tips, I had a comfortable 3-day vacation without feeling burdened 🙂
