A 15-minute walk from Bab Mansour Door, Ryad Bab Berdaine offers B&B accommodation with free Wi-Fi. It features a terrace with panoramic views of the Medina and a patio with traditional wall tiles and pot-planted plants.

Our host was wonderful. He spoke English and Spanish. Breakfast was great. We had 2 rooms on 2 different floors. Both were roomy and comfortable. I loved being in the old part of town. We loved being surrounded by the mosques and hearing the call to prayer. The air conditioning was amazing.

Riad Yacout, which dates from 1830, offers a patio with a pond and a solarium on its terrace. It is located in the heart of the Meknes Medina, a 2-minute walk from El Heddim Place, the Bab Mansour Gate and Moulay Ismail Mausoleum.

The guest rooms and suites at the Riad Yacout are spacious and air-conditioned. They include a flat-screen TV with cable channels, en suite facilities and authentic decor.

I enjoyed the breakfast at every morning. The location was great you can walk to where you need to go, got a taxi a few times and once with the help of the hotel staff to go to a different city. My room was spacious and the air conditioner kept the whole room cold.

This superb palace is located near to place “el hedim” and the wonderful door “bab el mansour” in the heart of the Medina of Meknes, an authentic city of the Arab world classified by Unesco.

The Riad D'or meknes, built in the 1791 and recently restored with passion and respect of typical Moroccan architecture, is one of the most beautiful guest house in Meknes. It presents rooms and suites surrounding flowered patios.

The staff was beyond accommodating (more on that in a bit), the place is beautiful, the rooms are large and seemed clean. The breakfast was big, delicious, and complimentary in a beautiful room looking like something out of a Moroccan travel advertisement. We actually made a mistake on booking our room. We intended to book and stay for two nights but the reservation only went through for 1 night. Our first morning there was Eid and we had to leave out early to do things with my wife's family. We didn't find out till checking out the next day but our early morning departure with the booking issue had the staff thinking we had skipped out without paying! They confessed to being really confused when we showed back up that night. Still ignorant to our mistake we enjoyed another great night, and breakfast the following morning before checkout. After learning of the mistake I expected to be raked over the coals on the price for inconveniencing them, but they were extremely nice about the situation and even gave us a discount on our stay (they said for my wife's and my inconvenience)! I can't imagine a more friendly place to stay, with beautiful rooms, and great prices.

One of the few hotels/riad that havent have problem with good pressure and hot water in the bathroom. Interior design is also interesting. Mattress is firm, but i think this is the standard in Morroco. We were with car and there was available parking space.

A Nice boutique Riad in the medina with lovely rooms and terrace for drinks and sunset views. Decor and bedding/towels etc were high quality. Joint dining in the courtyard was pleasant and food was great. Meknes was a nice, calm and interesting town although, unfortunately for us, many major sites were in the process of restoration! Do visit the wonderful music museum and Volubilis and Moulay Idriss were in easy reach and well worth visiting too. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

Our stay was fantastic! The riad is 600 years old, architecture and design are so authentic and take you to the journey through time. Our room was big with high ceiling and very comfortable. The hosts are so lovely people, it was a great pleasure to have conversations with them. Breakfast was traditional, good and tasty. If you are visiting Meknes, you should definitely stay in this riad as it’s not just a hotel but an extraordinary experience that will enrich you Moroccan trip.

The accommodation was very special, we loved the rooftop and the design of the place! The hosts were super nice! We arrived pretty late and they even came with us to show the parking space. The breakfast was also very nice! I can only recommend it!

Lovely staff, gorgeous courtyard, great views from roof terrace. Hotel feel rather than family-run riad. Room beautifully decorated. Beds on harder side but no problem for us.

If it were possible to give this Riad an 11 I would! The interior design was absolutely incredible with wonderfully carved walls, great pieces of art and beautiful mosaics. Our room got upgraded and we had very comfortable beds and a great nights sleep. The wifi was good enough to live stream a match and we enjoyed a very tasty breakfast sitting in that incredible living space!
