Perfect hotel that is just a few steps away from Universal Studio and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. I do plan to make another trip out and will be coming back to this hotel. 10/10

The hotel is quite simply amazing. Staff went above and beyond to help me, they were so so so kind! And they even arranged a Yamato airport luggage shuttle for me and my wife. Rooms are comfy, modern and spacious. Hotel offers normal amenities plus a microwave, vending machine and ice machine in several rooms. Located literally next to a metro station with exclusive access from underground. Great executive hotel suitable for couples, too! Would stay again!
