Spa (hot bath) was PERFECT! Unlimited service and kindness of staff is missed already. Location was also superb, just 3 min walk to blue subway line which goes to many must-see points, smart toilet is better than other Japan hotels we stayed, breakfast as well, I can go on:) we’ll definitely come back

We were more than happy with this hotel, we loved it and most of all the kids loved it, especially the minion theme. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, from the check in staff to the breakfast staff. Room was lovely and clean, we had an amazing view of the park which I wasn’t expecting so that was a wonderful surprise and the location is PERFECT! I absolutely loved that they gave slippers for my kids in the room too, so cute. Hotel is just a short 5 minute walk to the park, there was a Lawsons kobini just next to the hotel which is great if you’re arriving late at night and the train station was just across the road which was so convenient. The breakfast was so good, my husband and I aren’t really big on breakfast we usually just having something light but we wanted to fill up before going to universal studios, we both thoroughly enjoyed it, there’s plenty of options for kids too they even had their own station which my 4 year old loved it being at his height level. I loved the variety of food, especially the Asian options as it’s different to what I would usually have for breakfast, staff were so friendly at breakfast too, always smiling and happy. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed for longer! Would 100% recommend!

The hotel has a direct bridge that connects it to Kyobashi station, which is super convenient. Has a Family Mall that's open 24x7 in the building too, which is great! The property and rooms have a very classic American design. Felt super luxurious for the price I paid. Room service and facilities are spectacular. Even the "non-view" rooms on the higher floors have a great city view. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Osaka!

Excellent location, direct excess from shinsaibashi station (exit #8) with only one short flight of stairs for those with big heavy bags. Connected to Daimaru and Parco. Hotel always had a lot of staff around. All were very helpful, assisted us with bag shipping information, directions, bookings etc. Ice machine on every floor. Room amenities were great. Had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay again.
