A friendly welcome to a first floor mini flat - good size. All modern , everything working as it should. New lift to floor. Very quiet and 7 mins walk right to the centre with breakfast and lunch just round the corner. The welcome and the really good condition of this accommodation was oustanding. We had no trouble parking free locally - on both days right outside the door. However ,first thing in morning and at night it fills up. and you might have to opt for a paid option in high season., which is within 10 metres. Wifi good.

- 9.3Scored 9.3WonderfulRated wonderful· 9 reviewsthe apartment is completely new. it's very clean, nice design, large rooms, comfortable bed, and one of the most important things: the bed linen, pillows and towels smell fresh! well equiped kitchen with a high modern stabdard and a big bathroom with a relaxing shower you can park your car infront of the apartment. you can walk to the city center of Oristano (ca 1km). you can reach the most beautiful beaches around within a drive of 15-20 minutes. The host offered wine and some fruit.

The pool is okay, but got too warm during heatwave to serve its purpose. The hotel restaurant is very good for dinners, and other good options are also around. Breakfast was more basic, but fine. The room is clean and beautifully designed in vintage style. The sheets and towels smelled beautiful. The host speaks English fluently, he welcomed us. Breakfast is good, bread, cheese, eggs, butter, Nutella, home made jam, some homemade cakes, best espresso coffee... There are always bottles of still and sparkling water in the fridge. Suor Caterina is a perfect host! The location is spot on and, the last but not least, the ‘harmonious silence’ and stars in the night… what a place!
