It was quite exceptional to be able to stay in such a beautiful and characteristic villa just in front of the lake. The location is perfect as the main sites to visit in Lake Como are in the middle of the lake. It is also more convenient to take the boat as you have more lines available. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They spoke to us in French, our mother language. Good breakfast in the terrasse in front of the lake. You can also got to the charming roof terrasse on top of the villa that offers a 365 amazing view on the lake and mountains. You can benefit from a parking spot for free, which is a great advantage as during the peak season, it is very difficult to park in the city. Price are very reasonable considering the location and other accomodations around. It definitely contributed to the beauty of our trip to Lake Como.

Everything!! First off, and before our arrival, the hotel quickly replied to our questions within the day, and helped us to get to Bellagio from Milan. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with water and directed to our room in the top floor. The room is spacious and beds were comfortable. Location: the hotel is in the heart of Bellagio, easily accessible, 5-10min walk from the ferry port. Staff: very nice personnel, always smiling and happy to help. They were very attentive to our needs and requests. Breakfast was great. Overall, the hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend to our entourage, and would definitely stay again if I have the chance to come back to Bellagio.
