The hotel has private parking, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and check in was very smooth. We had three in our room; parents and one teenager. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served at your table by very professional staff. The room was amazing with a spectacular view of the perfectly groomed garden and Kilkenny Castle. The location made it easy to see all of the main sites within the townsite and is close to many great pubs and restaurants. A river walk is minutes away and there are plenty of quality shops. Highly recommend fish and chips at Matt the Millar's, just down the hill.

Lovely location within walking distance of Kilkenny Castle and town. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was excellent.

Central location but a quiet room. Really comfy bed and bath tub to give it a taste of luxury. Great ala carte breakfast and a bit less inspiring continental buffet for a tasty start for the day.

Great location! Staff is realy helpfull and nice! Nice breakfast. If you are in Kilkenny you should definitely stay in this hotel!

The facilities were fabulous! Breakfast was delicious. The kids loved the outdoor spaces, especially the dinosaurs. Beds were very comfortable.
