Great property! Location is good! Very close to ubud main city like only about 11 mins. Carry a mosquito repellent with you since the property doesnt provide one in the room. Outdoor shower is great.

Lovely place and beautiful territory. They have a lot of different 🐦 and animals. Staff is really nice and helpful. The first night I spent in the room, which had huge humidity, I woke up, and my bedlinen was moisture. I have asked staff to change my room and they kindly helped me.

We had the apartament no 1, I haven' t seen the others, so I am talking about this one. The 2 rooms are at the basement and first floor, each of them with its own bathroom. Both bathrooms are big, wirh all facilities and very nicely decorated. The rooms are also spacious and confortable. The staff is excepțional: friendly, warm and professional în the same time. The location is 10-15 min walking from Monkey Forest. It's not în the middle of Ubud, but we appreciated the silence and reduced noxes. They offer a free shutle to Ubud, but we prefered to walk. Also, there is an afternoon tea, with local homemade cookies, good ones :-). For breakfast there are several.options, there is something for everybody. It was an excelent choice and If we comeback to Ubud, we would choose the same.

The villa was a good value. The pool, the terrace, the view, the kitchen. All were good. The location is very central in Ubud but totally away from any outside noise.

It was very quiet and peaceful, we had the villa with a private pool, the pool was beautiful and cold. The room and bathroom was spacious and was equipped with kitchen facilities. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and made delicious cocktails. It was relatively close to restaurants and a mini mart over the road.

The staff were always so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The rooms were kept clean and every evening the staff would turn down the beds and and light ins-cents in the outside toilet to keep gnat bites away. The pool in the villa was a good size with comfortable loungers, we used the main pool once too which was lovely!
