Very friendly staff, assisting with every request. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a sea view which was amazing! Everyone was polite and helpful, smiling and more than happy to assist. They provide parking (with an upfront reservation) which is very cheap for the Thessaloniki center. The location of the hotel is perfect and everything you need is within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh and delicious. The bed was very comfy. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend it! A true value for money!
