We had a great time. The hotel is excellent for exploring the island and it's many beaches, close to town but away from crowds. You do need a car since there are no shops or restaurants in walking distance. The little beach right accros the hotel is very nice, sandy with cler water and shallow entrance, great for kids. There are sun beds and umbrellas free for the hotel guests and natural shade for most of the day.

The best café with good coffee is just around the corner, only a minute away. A supermarket right below the hotel. Most importantly, a hairdryer is available in the room, which many hotels in Europe don't have!!! Absolute praise!!! The hotel fulfilled all our wishes, and we had a very pleasant stay there and will come back again when we visit Thasos.
