The location was perfect and beach amazing. Walking distance to downtown Malia close to the action. Pool was lovely and clean. Rooms we great for the money. Only thing is they don’t come with soap and shampoo so make sure you bring your own. AC takes time to cool down the room if it’s super hot as the key must be in the room to power it. The staff is super friendly. Family run and you feel that when you are there. Lovely stay.

Everything!!! The location is great, close to markets and a beach full of beach bars and restaurants, and yet far away enough to be completely quiet at night. The only "noise" were the waves on a windy day. The appartment is very modern and cosy, very well equipped. Beds are like new and super comfy, the bathroom is great too a d the kitchen has all you may need. There is free street parking close by. The staff and the owners were very nice and so discreet that we didn't notice them at all. I would definitely recommend it to couples young and older alike, and they also have biggwr appartments for families. If in the area again we would definitely love to come back at Skajado!!!

The town of Hersonissos is truly beautiful and Kahlua was plum in the middle of all the action. Although it has a 24hr bar, I never heard any noise in the room. It’s very safe to walk around the town, even at night and even as a single middle aged woman. No harassment. I did two early morning pickup tours and my last day was an early start, the hotel provided a pre-packed breakfast.
