My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the resort. Highly recommend it. Great staff! Especially Korina at Reception, and Kaludia at the restaurants. Kaludia should really be promoted! So attentive. Korina was extremely helpful and made impressive efforts (e.g. got us a room after checkout - when our flight was delayed). Amazing food! The main restaurant is truly impressive, while always a buffet and keeping to the same themed dishes, the menu changes slightly every day, giving a great sense of variety. And it was really delicious, especially the local Greek dishes. Even the pool bar was amazing - surprisingly great food (highly recommend the gyros!) and of course, great drinks. Mano and the team at the pool bar were really great to us. Perfect atmosphere! In one word- tranquility. It was so quiet and peaceful around the resort, everyone respecting the general mood- at the swimming pool, at the restaurant, even at the gym. In general, everyone was always smiling and the staff always made sure to greet us and make us feel welcome and taken care of. Extras The gym had a surprisingly great variety of options, including a dumbbell rack with weights between 2.5-25kg, 2 power racks with many different accessories, a few treadmills/bikes, and many other great options. We also had a great massage in the spa! My therapist, Marina, was amazing.

Staff were very friendly and professional, my parents had special needs and they were very helpful. If i ever go back to crete i will definitely go back there no doubt. We had 2 different roms, both were very spacious, clean, warm and confortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices for everyone, meat, breads, cereals, fruit and never ran out of. The dinner were different every night of the week, we stayed 11 nights and ate the same only twice, always 2 meats and 1 fish, potato, rice, pasta and plenty of vegetables, cakes and cheeses. The swimming pool is a very good size not too big and not small at all. The bar has a very large choice of cocktail which were very good. The are located 1min walk from the main streetwith all shop and restaurant, and 2 min walk f4om the beach Thank you guys, we really enjoyed our stay

The location was perfect and beach amazing. Walking distance to downtown Malia close to the action. Pool was lovely and clean. Rooms we great for the money. Only thing is they don’t come with soap and shampoo so make sure you bring your own. AC takes time to cool down the room if it’s super hot as the key must be in the room to power it. The staff is super friendly. Family run and you feel that when you are there. Lovely stay.

The room is probably the best possible room you can stay at whilst being in malia centre. Having worked in the resort for a number of years I haven’t seen a room like it.
