The service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and answered any requests we had. We had half board and though previous comments said that the food was not good, I beg to differ. The breakfast was ample with lots of buffet options (hot and cold) as well as the menu (you could order omelets, and other items off the menu). Frappes and Fredo espressos were not problem. The setting at breakfast was beautiful overlooking the pool and ocean. One of the previous comments said that there weren't any Greek offerings at dinner. Being Greek-American, I thought the inclusive dinner options did a great job with an overall selection to appeal to everyone as well as classic Greek and Cretan options. Obviously, if one truly wants a true Cretan dining experience, then I recommend eating off property, but we ate both nights we stayed at the resort, and we all greatly enjoyed. I've been to many all-inclusive hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean and the food and drinks at this establishment were the best we've had. The hotel manager was always present, making rounds ensuring people were enjoying their stay. In fact, our son celebrated his birthday one night and the hotel staff provided a dairy-free cake (he's allergic to dairy) for his bday complete with candles! Lastly, the resort is beautifully and tastefully decorated. I greatly enjoyed walking around, taking in all the sights. The designers did an exceptional job making it feel very Greek island-esque with every nook and cranny having artwork or decorations.

Location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to the city Beach and 5 minutes to the center of Agios Nicholaos which is small but offers various interesting contents for tourists. Room was excelent, and the most important the stuff are very proffesional and in the same time very kind and helpfull. You feel like you are at your home

Nuostabi nuostabi vieta! Ypač, jei turite kambarį su vaizdu į jūrą. Ten nuolat vyksta veiksmas, kavinukės apačioje, jūra priešais, daug transporto eismo. Ir jautiesi viso to dalyvis. Žinoma, nelygu ko reikia. Apartamentai labai koloritiški, vintažiniai. Visiškai atitinkantys booking nuotraukas. Wifi veikė puikiai. Lovos patogumui pretenzijų jokių. Mums patiko, kadangi nelabai kalbame angliškai, kad nieks, t.y. iš viešbučio personalo, mums neįkyrėjo, ačiū už tokią schemą;
