I stayed here to attend the cricket test. It is a short walk from the ground with plenty of restaurants and pubs in close proximity, yet the hotel is in a very quiet leafy street. I had a lovely bright and fresh room looking out to the trees. The bed was really comfortable and the en-suite large and spotless. A very good full breakfast was included and for anyone with a car, there is amply on-site parking. Finally, I couldn't speak more highly of the staff. Right from the start they were friendly and helpful, but when I got sick during my stay (no fault of the hotel), the staff went out of their way to assist me and to ensure my wellbeing. This is an exceptional hotel that I highly recommend.

The bright and stylish rooms are spacious with modern furnishings. All rooms are fully soundproofed and offer comfortable duvets and hypo-allergenic pillows. Rooms also include a private bathroom with power shower. There is a TV in each room, along with a hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities.
Absolutely vip 5 star first class staff, everything clean, the room luxurious, in short i will never stay in a different hotel whenever i visit Leeds , an absolutely phenomenal experience and one i aim to repeat very soon.

Staff were very welcoming even though it was raining and we were drenched. Hotel was very easy to find and close to shops, pubs... Room was very spacious and well organised. Beds were comfortable and each had 2 pillows, ❤️. The room was very clean with all facilities working. Toiletries were exceptionally good quality as were the towels and bedding. Check out at noon was a huge bonus as we were late in from a concert so could sleep in.

Everything worked. The bathroom is a design masterpiece in terms of saving space. Ideal for a one-night stay. Didn't eat in the bar/restaurant on this occasion but have done previously and it is decent.

Kitchen has everything you could need. Both the hairdryer, ironing board & iron worked well. Netflix was a hit with my daughter, who also said the sofa bed was very comfortable. We will definately come back!

Heating easy to control, nice & warm even on a cold evening. Well equipped little kitchen area is really handy for drinks & snacks. We loved all of the interior design & quirky additions!

So nicely designed - great decor, amazing bed and bedding, great bathroom, towels and toiletries and everything needed in the kitchen / lounge. I actually looked forward to getting back there at night. Also the host is fantastic - she bent over backwards to do everything she could for me and was very responsive and communicative. Access to the apartment is easy. Complimentary bottle of very nice prosecco is a lovely touch!JayneSolo traveler
