Saint Marc had a couple of bars open, one had a very decent restaurant. The hotel had a lovely restaurant connected though it isnt part of the hotel commercially but physically connected. The breakfast I tried once but it is orientated for non UK tastes Bacon and scrambled egg not so good for me. Machine coffee was very good. It has great many choices though.

The personnel at the reception was welcoming. They have a good selection of teas at the bar.
