All room have been renovated and are very practical with the kitchen and the high end folding bed that make it a lovely studio. The owners are also adorable and very helpful, we will definetly come back to la vigie to enjoy a vendéen get away.

Kitchen has all the necessary equipment. Very clean, attention to detail was amazing. Bathroom is spacious and very clean as well. It was amazing to watch the surfers and sleep listening to the waves. We also had lovely walks by the beach and loved the cafe downstairs. Highly recommend. Thanks

The hotel has a private garage specially for bicycles which we appreciated. The majority of the restaurants were a 10 minute walk away. Below the hotel is a great sandy beach which disappears at high tide. Breakfast is an extensive buffet (at least by French standards) taken in the dining room with a sea view. Beautiful room with en suite shower room and use of an adjoining room with a fridge to keep our water cool in the heat. There was a lovely pool on site and private gated parking. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and a charming hostess - we will certainly return.
