Alexis made contact the day before arrival and gave us an upgrade as well as allowing us to arrive earlier than the check-in time. The apartment is amazing, and located centrally and close to city centre. Alexis provided great service, regularly checking up to see if we are okey. I will most definately return for a 2nd visit and will recommend the apartment to anyone! I give it a 10*!!!
