The hotel is very charming, it´s only about 200m from the beach and is surrounded by restaurant, bars and boutique shops. The host is very friendly and welcoming. She lives is the same building. There is even a little terrace for breakfast and evening wine :)

Facilities are meticulously designed to the stage of a perfect harmony - classic cozy buildings are drawing in a flourishing garden, soft sound of fountain water, blue glimmer from the pool and, of course, the sun rays. We were visiting friends in Juan Les pins and stayed here, close to everything needed, the train was just around the corner. Spotlessly clean, and very pleasant staff. Worth every penny, and more x

For a business trip, comparing the quality of the service the price is superb, not in the vicinity of the JUAN DE PINS conference center but within ten minutes across the railway line or to the beach. My favorite homey atmosphere, the very friendly and approachable Christopher and Isabella, I didn't feel alienated from my family. My meetings start at 8 am and Christopher prepares my breakfast 15 minutes early so that I can enjoy a hearty French breakfast on the patio every breakfast of the week and start each day's intense workload with a good start.

We stayed in a great room. The room was large with a king size bed and a double bed. Each room has a theme. Our room had a carousel horse in it. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Juan Les Pins close to the beach and restaurants. It's very loud outside of the hotel at night but you can't hear the noise in your room. The windows are very thick. The staff who work at the hotel are very nice and helpful when you need anything.
