It was even more interesting when I learned about its history as a small home, but you could see how that is evident in the design of the main part of the inn. We used this as a base for exploring Turku and Helsinki and would absolutely recommend it. While we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel, it seems to be a good location for that, with nice relaxing space indoor and outdoor.

Close to the lake, good sauna (you can reserve a time to the wood heated sauna), silence, pet friendly, The farm is a short walk away, and the two lovely horses are eager to greet you. There are 2 rowing boats that you can use for free.

It was lovely sitting by the fire with a glass of wine and we also had use of the sauna which was an added bonus. Breakfast was perfect and something we really enjoyed. Our hosts were lovely - very friendly and helpful but also left us to use the house as we pleased. And what can I say about lovely little Pipsa the dog - we fell in love with her and she definitely made our stay even better. Thank you x
