The hotel was very nice and quiet. They also offered a very nice inexpensive breakfast. The location was perfect in Casco Viejo- close to restaurants, cafes, boutiques and walking distance to train station and Guggenheim museum.

The check in staff were really helpful and friendly. Inago drew us a map to see some of the sights and another staff member helped book us a taxi for a very early morning flight. The tea and coffee station was appreciated in our room. The room was spacious and the accommodation is really well located, a short walk to the Guggenheim!

Great location and staff — all the main attractions and good restaurants are within the walking distant & Patricia at the reception was super proactive, friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to locate and very clean. Will def stay again if I go back to Bilbao.
